摘 要:利用正交实验法获得了在离子液体[Hmim]+BF4-中合成丙酸正丁酯的最佳工艺条件,考察了在该离子液体催化下,丙酸和多种醇的酯化反应及催化剂的重复使用性能;实验结果表明,离子液体[Hmim]+BF4-催化合成丙酸正丁酯的最佳工艺条件为n离子液体∶n丙酸∶n正丁醇=1∶4∶1,油浴温度140℃,反应时间8 h,此时收率可达77.8%。离子液体[Hmim]+BF4-在丙酸酯化反应中具有良好的催化活性,反应条件温和,无腐蚀、无废酸排放,并可以重复使用。The optimum reaction conditions for synthesizing nbutyl propionate in ionic liquids [ Hmim] ^+ BF4^- were obtained by orthogonal experimental method. The optimum reaction conditions for synthesis of n-butyl propionate were: n (ionic liquids) : n(proponic acid) : n(n-butanol) = 1:4 : 1 ; oil-bath temperature140 ℃ ;reaction time 8 h. The yield of n-butyl propionate was 77.8 %. Esterification of propionic acid and various alcohols with [ Hmim] + BF4 used as the catalyst was studied. The recyeling of the catalyst was also studied. It showed that [ Hmim] + BF4 was quite active. The reaction conditions were mild without corrosion and any spent acid discharge, and the ionic liquids could be recycled.
