地龙HPLC指纹图谱分析方法的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立地龙药材指纹图谱的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定地龙药材0.9%生理盐水提取液的指纹图谱。结果:建立了地龙药材HPLC指纹图谱,确定了9个色谱峰为其共有峰。结论:利用地龙药材指纹图谱可以对地龙药材的质量进行全面控制。Objective:To set up the determination method of HPLC fingerprint of Pheretima aspergillum(E.Perrier).Methods:HPLC was used to establish the fingerprint chromatogram of Pheretima aspergillum(E.Perrier) which was extracted with 0.9% physiological saline.Results:The HPLC fingerprint of Pheretima aspergillum(E.Perrier)with 15 common peaks was established with this method,and the fingerprints from different sources were identified.Conclusion:The quality of Pheretima aspergillum(E.Perrier) can be controlled with the HPLC fingerprint.
