摘  要:研究了6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和脱落酸(ABA)对2个不同基因型烟草品种(Nicotiana tabacumL.‘NC89’&‘JYH’)叶片光合功能衰退的影响。结果表明,6-BA处理显著提高两品种烟草叶片的瞬时光合速率(IAPS)、叶绿素含量、叶绿体全电子传递活性和核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化酶(RuBPCase)活性,延长光合功能期,提高烟草叶片光合电子传递和碳同化的衰退比,延缓光合功能衰退;ABA处理,结果相反。品种JYH对这2种激素的反应较NC89敏感。Effects of 6-benzyladenine (6-BA) and abscisic acid (ABA) on photosynthetic function decline in two genotypes tohacco (Nicotiana tabacum L. 'NC89' & 'JYH') leaves were studied. The instantaneous apparent photosynthetic rate (IAPS), chlorophyll content, the activities of whole electron transport chain of chloroplast and ribulose-1, 5-bisphosphate carboxylase (RuBPCase) of leaves were increased with 6-BA treatment. 6-BA treatment extended the active photosynthesis duration, increased the decline ratio of electron transport and carbon assimilation, and also delayed photosynthetic function decline of leaves. The results were reversed in leaves with ABA treatment. JYH was more sensitive than NC89 under 6-BA and ABA treatments.
