摘 要:运用灰色系统理论,对吉林省40份玉米地方种质资源中子粒的淀粉、脂肪、蛋白质、赖氨酸含量及与百粒重、出籽率、生育日数之间的关系进行了分析。结果表明,子粒营养成分蛋白质、赖氨酸之间的关联度最大;淀粉与蛋白质、赖氨酸之间的关联度相对较小;生育日数对淀粉的影响最大,百粒重对淀粉的影响较小;而百粒重对脂肪的影响最大,生育日数对脂肪的影响较小;并且百粒重对蛋白质、赖氨酸的影响也最大,出籽率对蛋白质、赖氨酸的影响较小。这些结果对开展品质育种具有很大的利用价值。Using the Grey Relational Degree theory, the content of starch, fat, protein and lysine of 40 maize germplasm resources in Jilin province was determined and the relationship between these indexes and 100-kernel weight, shelling percentage and growth period was analyzed. The results indicated that the Grey Relational Degree between protein and lysine is the strongest. While the Grey Relational Degree between starch, protein and lysine is relatively weaker. Effect of growth period on starch content is bigger than that of 100-kernel weight. Effect of 100-kernel weight on fat content is bigger than that of growth period. The effect of 100-kernel weight on protein and lysine content is bigger than shelling percentage. This study will contribute a great deal to future quality breeding of maize.
