摘　　要：“知识失业”是指受过高等教育的劳动力处于不得其用的一种状态。在我国经济发展的现阶段,“知识失业”现象也开始浮现。本文从经济学供给和需求的角度对我国的“知识失业”产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了有针对性的对策建议。Educated unemployment refers to the people who have received higher education do not make full use of their labor times. This phenomenon has appeared in China only recently. With the supply and demand theory from economic perspective, this paper discusses its causes in China, and tries to put forward some effective measures.
