摘 要:为得到轧制过程中轧辊、轧件的应力、温度分布,采用有限元软件 LS-DYNA,通过三维热力耦合弹塑性有限元方法,在轧辊为弹性体的条件下,对钢材的平辊热轧过程进行了仿真分析。详细介绍了有限元模型的建立,材料参数、边界条件及载荷的定义。仿真分析结果表明:轧制过程中接触弧内轧辊表面受三向压应力的作用,在垂直于轧辊轴线的平面内剪应力呈现交变现象;同时得到了轧辊表面温度呈周期性变化的结果。To obtain the stress and temperature of the miler and workpiece in the steel roiling process, commercial FEM program LS-DYNA had been used to analyze the parallel roiling process and the approach was based on three dimensional thermal mechanical coupled finite element method under the condition of using elastic roller. The construction of FEM model, material parameters, boundary conditions and loading in the simulation were expatiated in details. The couple-field result shows that the surface of the roller in the area of contact is in the state of three-dimensional compression stress. Shear stress manifests alternative phenomena on the plane is vertical to roller axis; the result that the surface temperature of the roller changes periodically is also obtained.
