制造企业多品种成批型生产经营计划的编制方法

摘　　要：本文首先分析了制造企业多品种成批型生产经营计划编制问题的特点，提出了将知识模型、数学模型和决策者相结合编制生产经营计划的方法。在此基础上，建立了年出产计划数学模型，以求解产品出产量和产品组持续出产期优化问题，提出了一种启发式的优化方法，并研究了由年出产计划制订月出产计划的方法。实际应用结果表明该计划编制方法是实用有效的。This paper analyses the properties of formulation problem of multiple variety and large number production planning for manufacturing factories. A new formulation method of the production planning is proposted on the combination of decision maker with the mathematical models and the knowledge models. Then, the mathematical model is constructed to optimize the amount to be produced with the given production sequence of the product groups, and a heuristic optimization approach is studied. The approach to compute the amount to be produced in each month is also discussed. The results obtained from the real applications show that this method is very useful and effective.
