摘　　要：目的:观察磷脂酰胆碱注射溶脂的有效性和安全性。方法:5%磷脂酰胆碱注射液0.08ml(4mg)/cm2分别在SD大鼠脂肪内、皮内、肌肉内局部注射共三次,给予大体观察、组织学检查及毒副作用检测。结果:磷脂酰胆碱对皮下脂肪有明显的破坏作用,对皮肤及肌肉组织也有损坏,未见全身毒副反应。结论:磷脂酰胆碱皮下注射有明显的溶脂效果,但其对组织的损坏为非特异性。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the injectable phosphatidycholine used for fat-dissolving. Methods The mice were give injection of phosphatidycholine into subcutaneous fat, intradermal injection, and intramuscular injection with 5% phosphatidycholine （ 0.08ml（4mg）/cm^2 ）. Gross observation, histological test and the detection of side effects in the whole body was undertaken to analyze the results. Results Phosphatidycholine has obvious damage to fat-deposits, the skin and muscle tissues as well. The obvious side effects to the whole body were not found. Conclusion The injectable phosphatidycholine is effective for local fat-dissolving, but the damage to the tissues is nonspecific.
