摘 要:在研究铬渣的胶凝活性以及不同掺量对水泥硬化浆体物理性能影响的基础上,选用了羰基焦醛系、聚羧酸系及萘系3类减水剂,并探讨了这3类减水剂对铬渣-水泥硬化浆体物理性能及Cr(Ⅵ)渗出的影响.试验表明,铬渣具有良好的胶凝活性,聚羧酸系减水剂对铬渣-水泥硬化浆体中Cr(Ⅵ)的浸出有一定的弱化作用.Based on the research of the effect of cementitious activity of chromium slag and different dosage of chromium slag on physical properties of Portland cement, three kinds of water reducer, sulfonic aceton formaldehyde, polycarboxylic and naphthalene series were chosen to investigate the influences of the three kinds of water reducer on physical properties and Cr(Ⅵ) concentrations in the leachate of the chromium slag-cement hardened paste. The results of this study show that the chromium slag has good cementitious activity, and that the Cr(Ⅵ) concentrations in the leachate is decreased very much by adding polycarboxylic series of water reducer in the chromium slag-cement hardend paste. The polycarboxylic series of water reducer has good effect action on decreasing the leaching of Cr(Ⅵ) from the chromium slag-cement hardened pastes.
