摘 要:磷石膏经高温煅烧改性后与高钙灰、钢渣二元矿物复合水泥配制混凝土及胶砂.研究了煅烧磷石膏对混凝土抗冻、抗渗性能及胶砂抗硫酸盐侵蚀和抑制体积收缩的影响,用扫描电镜分析了煅烧磷石膏对混凝土耐久性影响的原因.结果表明:在以50%(质量分数)的高钙灰和钢渣为矿物掺和料的复合水泥中加入煅烧磷石膏后,混凝土抗硫酸盐性能没有明显改善,但抗冻、抗渗及抗体积收缩有明显改善,氯离子扩散系数降至142.2×10-14m2/s,100次冻融循环动弹性模量损失率降至19%,90 d体积收缩率减至1.50×10-4.The paper presents an investigation into the effects of calcined phosphogypsum on the performances of concrete including freezing and thawing cycles resistance, penetration, sulphate erosion and volume shrinking. The influence of calcined phosphogypsum on ameliorated durability of concrete was analyzed by SEM micrographs. With calcined phosphogypsum added, sulphate erosion resistance of the concrete isn't much improved. However, freezing and thawing cycles resistance, penetration and volume shrinking of the concrete are much improved. Chloride ions diffusion coefficient is decreased to 142.2 × 10^-14 m^2/s, dynamic modulus loss rate is decreased to 19% after 100 freezing and thawing cycles and shrinkage is decreased to 1.50× 10^-4 after 90 d.
