摘 要:目的 探讨关节镜下微创治疗移位胫骨嵴撕脱骨折复位钢丝固定技术和效果。方法 20例患者骨折根据Meyers McKeever分型,Ⅱ型7例,Ⅲ型13例。在关节镜下撕脱骨块复位,用钢丝缝合固定。结果 随访7-51个月。临床检查全部患膝伸曲活动正常,股四头肌轻度萎缩6例,轻度Lachman征阳性3例。X线检查骨折均骨性愈合;骨折块未完全解剖复位2例。结论 该手术方法操作较简单,对膝关节的干扰小,可达到骨折的复位、固定和愈合。Objective To investigate arthroscopic minimal technique for the reduction and fixation of tibial eminence avulsion fractures. Methods 20 cases of type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ tibial eminence fractures, according to the classification of Meyers and McKeever, were treated with an arthroscopic technique of reduction and fixation using wire suture. Results 7 to 51-month follow-up revealed that normal range of motion in all cases, mild atrophy of quadriceps femoris in 6, slight positive Lachman sign in 3 and X-ray examination confirmed bone healing in all cases, and not complete anatomic reduction of the fracture in 2 cases. Conclusions The arthroscopic technique is an easier manipulation and less interference with the knee. The fractures can be reduced and fixed and can heal with this technique.
