摘　　要：目的 分析应用胫骨远端锁定加压钢板治疗粉碎性Pilon骨折的疗效。方法 胫骨远端锁定加压钢板治疗14例Pilon骨折患者，腓骨作外侧偏后纵切口，复位后用1／3管型或重建钢板固定。胫骨作有限切开复位后，用胫骨远端锁定加压钢板经皮下插入，锁定螺钉固定。结果 14例均获随访，时间7—24个月。采用Mazur评分系统评估手术疗效，优5例，良6例，可3例，无切口裂开和深部感染发生。结论 对粉碎性Pilon骨折选用胫骨远端锁定加压钢板内固定能获得优良疗效。Objective To analyze the results of locking compression plate in the treatment of comminuted tibial Pilon fractures. Methods 14 cases of comminuted tibial Pilon fractures were treated with locking compression plate, and fibular fractures were treated with 1/3 tubular plate or reconstructive plate through posterolateral incision. After limited open reduction, tibial Pilon fractures were treated with locking compression plate and fixed with locking screw percutaneously. Results All patients were followed up for 7 - 24 months （ average 16 months ）. According to mazur system, the functional results were excellent in 5, good in 6 and fair in 3. There was no incision dehiscence and deep infection. Conclusions For comminuted tibial pilon fractures, locking compression plate internal fixation can provide excellent and good results.
