摘 要:目的探讨“医用射线防护喷剂”对皮肤和黏膜急性放射性损伤的临床价值。方法70例首程放疗的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者,采用随机分组研究观察。观察组:用“医用射线防护喷剂”;对照组:不行任何治疗。结果观察组皮肤黏膜的辐射损伤耐受剂量明显高于对照组(P<0·05);观察组中发生严重皮肤黏膜放射性损伤的概率低于对照组(P<0·05)。结论“医用射线防护喷剂”对急性皮肤黏膜放射性损伤有明显的防护作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of the Protective Spray against Rays for Medieal Use on the acute mueocutaneous membrane injury induced by irradiation. Methods 70 patients who suffered from the malignant tumor of the head and neck were randomized into 2 groups after receiving radiotherapy for the first time. The treatment group was administered with the spray, while the eontrol group was not. Results The radiation injury toleranee dose of mueocutaneous membrane in the treatment group was signifieantly higher than that in the eontrol group ( P 〈 0.05 ), while the probability of the severe mueocutaneous membrane radiation injury in the treatment group is lower than that in the eontrol group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The Protective Spray against Rays for Medical Use has a protective effect on the acute mucocutaneous membrane injury induced by irradiation.
