摘 要:目的观察早产儿出生后贫血的发生及红细胞、血红蛋白动态变化情况。方法观察对比我院产科出生的40例早产儿及50例足月儿在不同年龄段红细胞及血红蛋白变化情况。结果早产儿在出生后24h内血红蛋白及红细胞总数与正常足月儿相同,但1周后其血红蛋白及红细胞数即开始出现下降,且随着年龄的增长,早产儿组1个月、3个月末血红蛋白及红细胞总数均较正常足月儿下降明显,贫血情况进行性加重。结论早产儿出生后贫血较足月儿显著且进行性加重。Objective To research the anemia of prematufity and observe the change in erythrocyte and hemogolobin in different time. Methods Ninety newborn infants fitting for the demands were divided into two groups, i.e. premature infant group ( n = 40) and normal infant group ( n = 50). The changes in erythrocyte and hemogolobin of two groups were investigated at different time, and the causes of the anemia of prematurity were analyzed. Results The quantity of erythroeyte and hemogolobin of the premature infants was equal to that of the normal infants 24 hours after birth. But after one week, the erythroeyte and hemoglobin began to descend, and especially after one month and three months, the quantity of erythroeyte and hemogolobin of the premature infants was significantly less than that of the normal infants. Conclusion The anemia of premature infants is progressively developed after biirth.
