摘　　要：目的了解在职干部慢性病患病状况。方法采用随机抽样方法,运用自行设计的问卷调查表现场调查。利用Excel电子表格统计,用SAS统计软件进行χ2检验。结果(1)某部在职干部慢性病总患病率49.10%,不同作业任务环境下的干部慢性病患病率不同;(2)慢性病患病率与年龄成正比;(3)生活方式病影响在职干部健康。结论重视在职干部慢性病的防治工作,对不同作业业务环境下、不同年龄段的干部慢性病防治重点不同。Objective To explore the state of chronic diseases among the cadres in active service from a certain military unit. Methods Randomized cluster sampling and a self-made questionnaire were used in an on-scene investigation. All the data were analyzed by SAS statistical package. Results Tile prevalence of chronic diseases in the cadres from a certain unit was 49.1%. The prevalence of chronic diseases was not the same in the cadres under different working condition. Also, the prevalence of chronic diseases increased with aging. The life-style might exert an influence on the health of the cadres, Conclusion Some preventive measures for chronic diseases should be preliminarily conducted among military cadres, which is different according to different working condition and different age.
