摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌组织中p14ARF蛋白的表达及其与宫颈癌生物学行为的关系。方法应用免疫组化S—P法检测41例宫颈癌和20例正常宫颈组织中p14ARF表达,计算阳性百分率。结果①p14ARF在宫颈癌阳性率为85．40％(35／41),正常宫颈组织中无表达;②p14ARF阳性表达与病理分级有关。结论p14ARF在宫颈癌中高表达与宫颈癌生物学行为有关;它可能是新的诊断宫颈癌与判断预后的肿瘤标志物。Objective To study the expression of p14^ARV gene protein in cervical cancer, and investigate the relationship between the expression and biologic behavior of cervical ancer. Methods Immuohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of p 14^ARF in 41 cases of cervical invasive carcinomas and 20 cases of normal cervical tissues. And the positive expression rates were calculated. Results ①The positive express rate of p 14^ARF in cervical invasive carcinomas was 85.40%（35/41）,but 0% in normal cervical tissues;②The positive express rate of p14^ARF had relationship with pathological grade.Conclusion The high expression of p14^ARF has relationship with the biological behavior of cervical cancer, p14^ARF may become a new cancer marker in diagnosis and prognosis of cervical cancer.
