摘　　要：美国Xicor公司出品的X25043/45芯片集合了系统复位电路、看门狗电路和E2PROM寄存器,功能十分强大。本文详细介绍了X25043/45的特点、原理和使用方法,并且把X25043/45应用到工业温度表中,使温度表具有了记忆功能和自调整功能,升级为温度控制器。并且给出了软件实现的典型方法,使其寿命增加。其他型号的E2PROM使用与此类同,可参考本文的软件实现方式使用。The X25043/45 chip produced by Xicor cooperation in America, integrates the system resetting circuit, watchdog circuit and E2PROM register, and it s very powerful in function. The paper introduced the characteristic, principle and using method of the X25043/45, and it is applied in the industry temperature gauges, makes the temperature gauge to have the function of memory and adjusting by itself so that it is upgraded to be a temperature control. Furthermore, the typical method of implementing by software is given, its life is increased. The use of other types of E2PROM is similar to this one, so that they can be used by referring to the paper.
