摘 要:用气相色谱测定了乳酸甲酯脱水体系中丙烯酸甲酯的含量。样品用乙醚稀释,改性聚乙二醇FFAP毛细管柱分离,经FID检测器检测,以丙烯酸乙酯为内标,采用内标标准曲线法定量,丙烯酸甲酯的线性范围为0~53mg·L^-1,相关系数为0.9994,检出限为0.0015mg·L^-1(S/N=2),样品的回收率为96.8%-99.0%,相对标准偏差为1.55%~3.12%(n=7)。Gas chromatography was used for the determination of methyl acrylate in the reaction medium where it was produced by dehydration of methyl lactate. The solution sample was diluted with ether, separated on the denatured polyethylene glycol FFAP capillary column and determined by FID detection. The quantitative determination was performed by the internal standard calibration curve using ethyl acrylate as internal standard. Under the chromatographic condition proposed, linear relationship between the values of ratio of peak area of methyl acrylate to the internal standard and concentration of methyl acrylate was obtained in the range of 0-53 mg · L^-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 4. Detection limit of the method was found to be 0. 001 5 mg · L^- 1 (S/N= 2). In the application of the proposed method to the analysis of 3 samples, RSD's (n=7) of the results obtained were in the range of 1.55%-3. 12%, and the recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 96.8%-99. 0%.
