摘　　要：在分析我国现有的海洋环境侵权法律存在问题的前提下,从保护受害人的合法权益和促进海洋经济的持续、协调、健康发展的角度,指出了将海洋环境侵权纳入海上侵权行为法调整的必要性。The necessity of tort law affeeling the marine environment in China was discussed. Based on the tort law legitimated, the protection to the victims was studied for the harmonious, robust development of the marine econorny. The necessity covering the marine environmental tort by maritime tort law was points out.
