摘  要:对含氯代异戊烯原料水解工艺进行了研究。在以氢氧化钠水溶液进行氯代异戊烯水解时发现,水解产物为异戊烯醇和甲基丁烯醇的混合物,这说明氯代异戊烯在进行取代反应的同时,伴有正碳离子的异构化反应,由此开发了一条全新的由氯代异戊烯生产甲基丁烯醇和异戊烯醇的新的工艺路线。水解反应较理想的工艺条件为:在氯代异戊烯投料量为100 g,原料滴加速率为4 g/min,NaOH用量为38 g,水用量为150 g,反应时间为70-80 min,反应温度为70~80℃和搅拌速率为500 r/min时,水解转化率可以达到99%以上,选择性则在94%以上。The hydrolyzing process of chloroisopentene - containing materials was studied. Experiment showed that the hydrolysis product of chloroisopentene in sodium hydroxide solution was mixture of isopentenol and methyl butenol, which indicated that displacement reaction of chloroisopentene was accompanied by isomerization reaction of carbonium ion. Thereby a brand new process for producing methyl butenol and isopentenol with chloroisopentene was developed. The ideal process conditions for hydrolyzing reaction are as following:when the feed of chloroisopentene is 100 g,feeding rate of material is 4 g/min, dosage of sodium hydroxide is 38 g, water consumption is 150 g, reacting duration is 70 ~ 80 min, reacting temperature is 70 ~ 80℃, and stir speed is 500 r/min, the conversion rate of hydrolysis can be up to over 99%, and selectivity over 94%.
