摘　　要：针对上海石化炼化部现有的维修模式展开分析,找出其中的不足,结合现代设备管理的新思路和新模式,提出在适当的时机,使用恰当的设备(或系统),选用合适的维修模式。同时,进一步对维修模式的选用进行循序渐进的优化,并提出在优化过程中应遵循的三个原则,还需对维修模式的管理作出多方面的改进和完善措施。This paper made analysis on the existing equipment maintenance mode of Refining and Chemical Division of SPC to find out the defects. Combining with the new idea and new mode of modern equipment management, it proposed to select appropriate maintenance mode in appropriate time for appropriate equipment （ or system） so as to gain greater economic benefit. Meanwhile, it made gradual optimization on selection of maintenance mode, and raised the three principles that should be abided by in the optimization process. Finally, it pointed that all - round improvement should be made on the management of maintenance mode.
