摘　　要：石化生产的安全稳定运行与设备的防腐蚀密切相关。从“全面腐蚀控制”理念出发对石化设备防腐蚀的科学管理提出若干看法。主要从生产工艺、设计选材、制造施工、维护检修、监造检测与采购供应等环节进行全方位的防腐蚀管理。并提出要加强防腐蚀教育以及对防腐蚀工程作经济评价。The safe and stable operation of a petrochemical enterprise is closely connected with the anti - corrosion of equipment. This paper raised some opinions on scientitic management of anti - corrosion of petrochemical equipment based on the＂ overall corrosion control＂ theory. It pointed out to conduct all - round anti - corrosion management in the procedures of producing process, designing and material selection, manufacturing and con- struction,maintenance ,inspection, purchasing and supply, and proposed to strengthen anti -corrosion education and make economic evaluation on anti -corrosion projects.
