摘 要:为考察明胶静脉注射后在机体内的吸收及分布情况,用99Tcm对明胶进行整体标记,然后将标记物99Tcm-明胶静脉注射于小鼠和家兔体内,检测不同时间后标记物的生物分布。结果表明,明胶可以被99Tcm所标记,且标记产物99Tcm-明胶放化纯大于95%;小鼠体内分布显示其具有较高肾摄取率,5 min时小鼠肾的摄取率达到29.36%/g,20 min时可以达到66.88%/g;家兔双肾显像清晰。说明99Tcm-明胶具有特异性肾分布的特点。In order to investigate in vivo absorption and distribution of gelatin after injection intravenously, gelatin was directly labeled with reduced ^99Tc^m that was formed by reduction of ^99Tc^mO4^- with NaBH4. After purification by anion exchange resin and sterilization by micropore membrane filtration the ^99Tc^m-gelatin was injected intravenously into normal mice and a rabbit. The biodistribution of this labeled compound in mice showed that a high renal uptake, 29.36 %/g at 5 min and 66.88 %g at 20 min post injection and slow clearance compared with 99 TC-DTPA. The renal scintigraphy of the rabbit demonstrated clear-cut images at 2, 5, 18 and 20 min after 99Tcm gelatin injection. The experimental results indicat that ^99 Tc^m-gelatin possessed the feature of renal specificity.
