宏观财政政策效果的测度研究

摘　　要：在阐释宏观财政政策及效果概念的基础上,提出财政政策效果的绝对指标和相对指标;然后,利用货币需求方程和IS-LM模型,推出绝对效果和相对效果的测度公式;最后,从理论分析与实际操作两个方面分析了财政政策效果测度公式的价值与意义。Based on expounding macro-financial policy and its effect, this paper puts forward both the absolute index and relative index. It then makes use of currency demand equation and IS-LM model to deduce evaluating formula of absolute result and relative result. It finally analyzes theoretically and practically the value and meaning of evaluation formula d financial effect.
