不同日粮组成对育肥羊生产性能及屠宰性能的影响

摘　　要：本文旨在研究在羊的日粮中用苜蓿替代部分豆粕和秸秆对羊的生长性能和屠宰性能的影响,选择12只小尾寒羊羔羊,平均分成两组,对照组的日粮组成是豆粕+秸秆型日粮,试验组是苜蓿+秸秆型日粮,进行饲养试验和屠宰试验。结果表明:(1)试验组羊的日增重较对照组羊提高了22.78g/d。(2)试验组羊的屠宰率和净肉率分别比对照组提高了6.27%、4.62%。(3)试验组羊的失水率、剪切值、脂肪含量、蛋白质含量分别比对照组羊提高了1.35%、0.37kg、0.35%、0.95%。(4)试验组羊的经济效益明显好于对照组,每只羊多收入17.23元。在羊的日粮中用苜蓿替代部分豆粕和秸秆是养羊生产者提高经济收入的有效途径。In order to study the effects of different diets on growth and slaughter performance in fattening sheep , twelve little - tail sheeps were allotted into two groups according to the approximate body weight , the corn stalk with soybean meal was used as control group, the alfalfa with corn stalk was used as experimental group. The breeding and slaughter test was carried out . The result showed： （1） The growth rate of experimental group was 22.78g/d higher than the control group. （2）The slaughter rate and rate of net meat increased 6.27 percent and 4.62 percent respectively . （3） The dehydrate rate, fat mid crude protein of meat component increased 1.35 percent, 0.37kg , 0.35 percent and 0.95 percent respectively. （4）The income of experimental group was 17.23 yuan higher than the control group. Replacing the soybean and corn stalk with alfalfa in sheep is a effective approach to increase the income of farmer.
