摘  要:二连油田阿南老区阿31-102井由于周围生产井开发政策不同,各套目的层压力系数差别较大,高低压储层共存,压力系数为0.8~1.4。钻井过程中在1459~1670m井段累计发生7次漏失,共漏失钻井液150m3,井漏时钻井液密度1.31g/cm3。井漏同时也存在较严重的油水浸现象。为解决此问题,在井温低、水泥用量小的情况下,采用低密度防漏堵漏水泥浆体系固井。该水泥浆体系在降低水泥浆密度的同时,在水泥中加入弹性防漏堵漏材料,以达到防止漏失及油水浸的双重目的。现场应用施工顺利,未发生漏失情况,36h后测井,固井质量优质,满足二连油田老区复杂储层的低温防漏固井要求。-A31-102 well is a development adjustment well located in a31 block of Erlian oilfield, and the pressure factor of the interval of interest is 0. 8-1. 4, it is because the phenomenon of concomitant high-low pressure formation led to bigger formation pore pressure coefficient difference. During drilling operation, seven lost circulation occurred in depth of 1459-1670 m and the leakage of drilling fluid is 150 m^3, the density of drilling fluid is 1. 13 g/ cm^3. A low density lost circulation control cement slurry was determined to use in cementing job under well temperature is low and the quantity of cement is less. At the same time, elastic lost circulation material was added into the slurry to avoid lost circulation and water/oil incursion. Practical application indicates that cementing quality of low density cement slurry for lost circulation control and plugging is good, lost circulations is not encountered.
