二连油田提高抽油机井系统效率对策

摘　　要：为实现抽油机井系统效率技术由科研向生产力的转化,在理论研究的基础上,通过现场大量的测试、分析、调整及复测评价,对系统效率主要影响因素进行了分析和研究,明确了影响系统效率的主要因素有地面设备、井筒工艺、日常管理3个方面,并结合油田实际情况,制定了相应措施,从而形成了一套适合二连油田的调整方法。经过几年的实践,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。Based on theoretical research,the main influencing factors were analyzed and researched by plentiful field test,analysis, adjustment and remeasure evaluation.The results that the main three influencing factors were ground equipment,well technology, routine management. Corresponding measures were established according to oil field practical application,and formed a set of adjust methods for Erlian Oilfield.Practice shows that the technology has led to conspicuous increase either in economic benefit or in social efficiency.
