摘  要:近年来抽油机井管、杆之间的偏磨问题十分突出,导致作业频繁,检泵周期短,作业成本增加。根据现场出现的偏磨情况,从杆管受力分析出发探讨了偏磨现象产生的机理,分析了油井含水、井深结构、泵沉没度、抽汲参数、游动阀过流面积等对杆管偏磨的影响,并针对这些因素提出了相应的防偏磨措施,为现场管理提供借鉴。The problem of eccentric wear of tubing and rod strings in rod pumped wells is very severity in recent years,and led to service frequently, pump inspection period shorten and service cost enhanced.According to eccentric wear status of well field, the mechanism of eccentric wear was discussed and the submergence depth,aquifer,swabbing parameters,etc. was analysed. Aim at the factors resulted in the tubing-rod wear, Measures to prevent or minimize the tubing-rod wear are proposed.
