摘 要:介绍了炼油污水处理装置脱氮能力低的现状,通过从生物脱氮机理到生产实际的分析,指出污水处理后氨氮浓度负增长的实质是有机物的降解效率过低,抑制了氧化沟的硝化反应。造成这种状况的原因是污水停留时间过短、污泥老化、高浓度污水对氧化沟的冲击等,同时对工艺操作和技术改造提出了建议和措施。The poor capability of denitrification of sewage treating unit are explained. The analyses were taken starting from biological denitrification mechanism to actual production. It. is clear that the substance of negative growth of nitrogen concentration after the sewage treatment is the organic matter's low degradation effect which inhibit nitration reaction in oxidation ditch. Its causes are: the sewage's short residence time, the aging sludge, the oxidation ditch process's biological activity weaken by high density sewage sludge and so on. So it is necessary to propose some process operational suggestions and technical revamp solutions to solve these problems.
