摘 要:目的研制氨来诺口颊黏附片,考察其生物黏附性和体外释药行为之间的关系。方法采用羧甲基纤维素钠、低取代羟丙基纤维素和卡波姆作为黏附性材料以不同配比制备氨来诺口颊黏附片,用自制黏附力测定装置测定其体外黏附力,网碟法测定体外释放度。结果以羧甲基纤维素钠、低取代羟丙基纤维素和卡波姆(17∶8∶3)为黏附材料的处方制得的口颊黏附片较好。结论口颊黏附片的生物黏附性与体外释药行为具有一定的相关性,通过调整处方可筛选出生物黏附性和体外释药均较理想的处方。OBJECTIVE To prepare the buccal adhesive tablets and to investigate the relationship between the adhesive property and drug release rate. METHODS Amlexanox buccal adhesive tablets were prepared using the excipients of CMC-Na, L-HPC and Carbemer at different ratios. The adhesive force was evaluated by the homemade apparatus and the rate of release was detemrined by the paddle over disk method. RESULTS The formulation of huccal adhesive tablets was optimized as CMC-Na, L-HPC and Carbomer(17:8:3). CONCLUSION The adhesive pruperty of the tablets and the release behavior of drug are relevant. Also, the formulation of buccal adhesive tablets is optimized by adjusting the composition.
