摘　　要：论述了工程量清单计价模式下企业定额在投标报价中的重要作用以及我国建筑施工企业应用企业定额的现状及弊病,提出了企业定额的编制思路。指出:在工程量清单计价模式下,建筑施工企业需要在投标报价工作实践和管理水平、技术水平不断提高的过程中,迅速完成企业定额的编制工作。使企业定额简明适用、切合实际、科学合理,保证建筑施工企业科学管理现代化,投标报价合理化。This paper analyzes corporation quota＇s function in bidding under the mode of bill with quantities evaluating as well as the current situation and abuse in application of corporation quota. It also puts forward the thought of compiling corporation quota. Under the mode of bill with quantities, construction enterprises should finish corporation quota＇s compilation rapidly in the working practice of bidding and in the process of improvement of manage- ment level and engineering level. This job aims to make corporation quota concise, applicable, scientific and rational and guarantee the modernization of scientific management and the rationalization of bidding.
