白芍总苷对骨关节炎血清及关节液中一氧化氮及诱生型一氧化氮合酶的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨白芍总苷(total glucosides of paeony,TGP)对骨关节炎(OA)血清及关节液中一氧化氮(NO)及诱生型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的影响。方法选择30例膝OA患者,予TGP治疗,于治疗前、治疗后1月和3月测定血清及关节液中NO及iNOS含量,比较其差异。结果TGP治疗1月患者血清及关节液中NO及iNOS含量与治疗前相比无差异性(P>0.05),治疗后3月患者血清及关节液中NO及iNOS含量与治疗前及治疗后1月相比均有显著差异性(P<0.001)。结论TGP可以降低OA患者血清及关节液中NO及iNOS的含量,是治疗OA的有效药物。Objective To investigate the effect of total glucosides of paeony（TGP） on nitric oxide （NO） and its inducible synthase （iNOS） in sera and joint fluids of patients with osteoarthritis （OA）.Methods Gave TGP to 30 patients with OA and measured the the levels of NO and iNOS in serum and joint fluids. Results 1. At one month after treating,there was no difference （P 〉 0. 05） ;2. At three months after treating, the levels of NO and iNOS in serum and joint fluids of patients with OA were decreased （ P 〈 0.001）.Conclusion TGP ean reduce the levels of NO and iNOS in serum and joint fluids of patients with OA; TGP may be regarded as a modifying anti-rheumatic drug.
