血清IGF-I对男性原发性骨质疏松诊断的临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察男性原发性骨质疏松患者血清IGF-I(类胰岛素样生长因子)的变化,分析其诊断意义。方法检测受试者体内血清IGF-I水平及BMD(骨密度)。结果原发性骨质疏松患者IGF-I明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),与BMD测定参数密切相关。结论IGF-I在原发性骨质疏松诊断中具有重要的临床意义。Objective We observe the change of Bone Mineral Content and levelof the male primary osteoporosis＇ s serum IGF- I, analyze its diagnosis significance.Methods We detetive the level of the male primary osteoporosis＇s serum IGF-I and exam data of the Bone Mineral Content. Results The level of the male primary osteoporosis＇ s serum is obviously lower than the control groups, and it is connected highly with the determination parameter of the Bone Mineral Content. Conclusion We Confirm that IGF-I is vital Clinical significance in the primary osteoporosis diagnosis.
