摘 要:目的:研究建立骨质疏松症小鼠动物模型。方法:Balb/c小鼠随机分为2组,即去卵巢组和假手术对照组;用去卵巢方法建立骨质疏松症动物模型;用双能X线骨密度仪测骨密度;观察不同时期小鼠骨密度改变;HE染色观察组织学变化。结果:与假手术对照组比较,小鼠去卵巢10周可见全身骨密度下降(P<0.05),而12周下降更明显(P<0.01),同时其HE染色组织学改变符合骨质疏松症病理变化。结论:去卵巢12周后的小鼠与临床绝经后骨质疏松症特征相符,说明可以用做小鼠的骨质疏松症模型。Objective:To investigate the establishment of mouse model of osteoperosis, Methods:Twenty Balb/c mice were randomly divided into two groups:the ovariectomy group and the sham-operated group.The mouse model of osteoperosis was established by the ovariectomy of mouse.The bone mineral density (BMD) of mice was measured with dual energy X-ray absorptimetry. History observation of femoral bone was done by HE stain. Results: Compared with sham-operated group, l0 weeks later, the BMD of ovariectomy mouse was decreased significantly( P 〈 0.05). Twelve weeks later, BMD was decreased more significantly than that of sham-operated group (P 〈 0.01 ). Meanwhile, histology observation of ovariectomy mouse showed pathological changes of osteoporosis. Conclusion. Twelve week may be the best period for the establishment of mouse model of osteoporosis. Both the BMD measurement of whole body and histology observation of bone correspond the character of postmenopausal osteopemsis.
