原癌基因c-jun对EDS诱导大鼠睾丸间质细胞凋亡的研究

摘　　要：本研究用c-junASODNs拮抗c-jun,用EDS诱导的大鼠睾丸间质细胞凋亡,通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳、Henchest33342染色荧光显微镜检查方法研究c-jun对EDS诱导的大鼠睾丸间质细胞凋亡的影响.实验结果显示0.5μmol/Lc-junASODNs抑制EDS诱导的离体间质细胞凋亡(P<0.01).提示c-jun有促进大鼠睾丸间质细胞凋亡的作用.Apoptosis is necessary for the occurance and development of Leydig cells. The effects of c-jun on apoptpsis of rat Leydig cells（LC） by antisense oligodeoxynucleotides （ASODNs） in vitro were studied in this paper. The apoptosis was identified in isolated rat Leydig cells by using Henchest33342 nucleus staining and DNA fragmentation agarose gel electrophoresis. The results showed that c-jun ASODNs decreased EDS-induced apoptosis of LC. It is suggested that c-jun proto-oncogene could enhance the apoptosis of Leydig cells.
