阻垢剂马来酸酐-丙烯酰胺共聚物的合成及其阻垢性能

摘　　要：以水为溶剂,质量分数为30%的过氧化氢为引发剂,合成了阻垢剂马来酸酐-丙烯酰胺共聚物.研究了单体配比、水的用量、引发剂用量、反应温度等条件对聚合反应及其阻垢率的影响.实验结果表明,产品对CaCO3的阻垢效果好,可用作工业循环冷却水的阻垢剂.A copolymer of maleic anhydride-acrylamide was synthesized with water as solvent and hydrogen peroxide as initiator. The effects of the copolymeritation conditions and scale inhibition, such as the ratio of monoders, the amount of water, the amount of initator as well as reaction temperature was studied. The experimental results showed that the products are good for scale inhibition of CaCO3 in cooling water of industrial cycle.
