摘 要:初步研究了饲料中添加不同剂量的锰对中华米虾(Caridina denticulata sinensis)体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的影响.实验表明,适量质量浓度的微量元素锰(0.26 mg/g)在一定时间内对中华米虾体内SOD的激活作用显著,但超过一定质量浓度,就会降低SOD的活性;随着养殖时间的延长,饲料中添加锰后,中华米虾体内SOD的活性反而下降.说明饲料中添加锰表现出明显的剂量效应和时间效应.The effect of dietary Mn^2+ on the activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD) in Caridina denticulata sinensis were investigated in this experiment, The optimum concentration of Mn^2+ was determined based on the maximum activity of SOD. The results showed that the activity of SOD was increased or decreased significantly by the additional of Mn^2+ in the diet. Results also showed that the growth and the SOD activities of C. d. sinensis fed suitable additional concentration of Mn^2+ in the diet can be enhanced significantly. When the concentration of Mn^2+ was zero or above 0.26 mg/g, the activities of SOD were inhibited distinctly, The activity of SOD reached the maximum and the shrimp grew fastest when Mn^2 + concentration was about 0.26 mg/g. The concentration of Mn^2 + should be suitable, otherwise it would decrease the activity of SOD. After some time, the SOD activity of shrimps fed with a Mn^2 + - supplemented diet were significantly lower than those of shrimps fed with a diet not supplemented with Mn^2 + , So the dietary Mn^2 + showed the dose effect and time effect.
