摘  要:从机组的空气侧换热量、水侧换热量、压缩机轴功率和供热性能系数等参数进行综合分析,以冬季工况为主,重点分析了不同空气侧换热器结构参数下机组的性能,寻求对空气源热泵冷热水机组结霜特性影响最小的空气侧换热器的结构参数。用变化后的结构参数结合夏季运行工况,其空气侧换热系数、管壁温度、空气侧压降也有所改善。将模拟结果与实验数据进行了比较,两者吻合很好,进一步验证了所建模型的可靠性。Appropriate structure parameters of airside heat exchanger are important for improving the frosting characteristics of air source heat pump. So some factors such as the axis power of compressor, the coefficient of performance of unit and the quantity of heat exchanged in airside and waterside heat exchanger are comprehensively analyzed. This paper gives emphasis to analysis of the unit performance with various structure parameters of airside heat exchanger mainly in winter. Considering the running condition of summer, the optimized structure parameters are of benefit to the coefficient of airside heat exchanger, the temperature of pipe and the pressure drop of airside. By comparison, the simulation results are identical to the experimental data, which proves the reliability of the mathematical model presented in the paper.
