摘  要:充裕的无功备用容量是保证系统电压稳定的一个重要因素,因此在日常无功优化调度过程中考虑提高系统的无功备用容量是防止电压失稳的重要手段之一。文章在分析发电机备用容量数学模型的基础上,定义了基于电压稳定的系统无功备用容量的计算公式,提出了考虑增大无功备用容量、减少网络损耗以及减小电压偏移的多目标无功优化调度算法。并将该算法应用于IEEE30节点系统,证明了所定义的基于电压稳定的系统无功备用容量计算公式的正确性及提高备用容量的无功优化调度算法的可行性。Sufficient reactive power reserve of power grid is an important measure to ensure system voltage stability, hence as one of important approaches to prevent voltage instability, in daily optimal dispatch of reactive power the increase of reactive power reserve of power grid should be considered. On the basis of analysing the mathematical model of generator reserve capacity, a computing formula of system reactive power reserve based on voltage stability is defined, and a multi-objective optimal dispatch algorithm of reactive power is proposed in which the reduction of network loss and that of voltage deviation as well as increase of reserve capacity of reactive power are included. Applying the proposed algorithm to IEEE 30-bus system, calculation results prove that the defined computing formula of system reactive power reserve based on voltage stability is correct and the proposed optimal dispatch algorithm of reactive power is feasible.
