摘 要:对露天边坡倾斜孔偏心不耦合装药光面爆破的边坡开挖壁面上按不同区域、不同岩石钻取岩芯,计算岩芯率,分析岩芯切片的微观损伤破坏规律,并在爆破孔旁侧钻孔测试声速并分析其规律。结果表明,偏心不耦合装药爆破引起边坡岩体损伤层厚度均达到1.5 m左右。还计算了水泥砂浆模型孔壁应力和模型侧面应变在孔壁不同方向的应力、应变峰值增大率。结果也表明,炸药紧贴孔壁的应力、应变峰值比其它方向高出5—10倍以上。实验结果为更合理地进行穿爆工作提供依据。Rock core is excavated according to different regions and rocks in open pit slope face of eccentric decouple charge smooth blasting excavation. Rock core rate is calculated; the microcosmic breakage law of core slice is analyzed ; sonic wave velocity is tested and its law is analyzed. Results show that rock damage layer depth of eccentric decouple charge smooth blasting is coincided with 1.5 m. The increasing rate of borehole stress and profile strain peak value of cement mortar model are calculated. Experimental results show that stress and strain peak value of borehole wall of eccentric charge higher are 5-6 times larger than the others. Experimental results offer basis for reasonable blasting design.
