摘 要:响洪甸抽水蓄能电站的上库输水口采用水下岩塞爆破施工,为确保工程安全并减小水能损失,运用气垫缓冲新技术,克服了国内过去集碴岩塞爆破所存在的爆破动水冲击力过大、发生井喷及石碴堆积到集碴坑下游洞内等问题,标志着在洞口成型、消除井喷、聚碴和爆破震动影响等控制技术取得突破性进展,侧重阐述爆破型式及气垫减震的革新成果。The inlet of conveyance for the upper reservoir of Xianghongdian pumped-storage project was constructed by underwater rock-plug blasting. In order to ensure the security of project and to decrease waterpower loss, the new technique of air-cushion buffering was applied, this method solves a number of problems of the inland similar project, such as the oversized blasting stir water hammer force, occuring blowout and cumulated stones to the downstream hole of rock pit. A breakthrough in the control technique of entrance molding, eliminating blowout , collecting rock stones and controlling blasting concussion influence is obtained. The article mainly discusses the renovation results of blasting type and air-cushion shock absorption.
