摘 要:目的研究电针足三里穴对在体家兔肺缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法28只新西兰家兔采用在体肺热缺血再灌注损伤模型.随机分四组(n=7)。A组:假手术组。左开胸游离支气管和肺动脉、静脉后维持通气180min。B组:缺血再灌注组,左开胸游离支气管和肺动脉、静脉后阻断左肺门60min.开放再通气120min。C组:阻断左肺门60min后.开放再通气即刻电针足三里穴旁5mm处30 min.继续双肺通气90min。D组:电针足三里穴+缺血再灌注组,阻断左肺门60min后。开放再通气即刻电针足三里穴30min.继续双肺通气90min。观察并记录各组动物术中平均动脉压和心率的改变及实验结束时肺组织丙二醛(MDA)和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)含量以及肺组织湿/干重比(W/D)和血气变化。结果各组动物相应时间点的心率比较,均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。自再灌注30min开始,与B组比较。C组平均动脉压显著降低(P〈0.05),D组平均动脉压与B组比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。B组肺组织MDA和MPO含量、W/D及PaCO2值均较A组升高.pH和PaO2值显著降低(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);D组肺组织MDA和MPO含量、W/D及PaCO2值均较B组降低,pH和PaO2值显著升高(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论电针家兔足三里穴可明显抑制肺缺血再灌注损伤时肺组织MDA和MPO的产生,减轻肺水肿的发生,改善血气变化及酸碱失衡.对在体家兔肺缺血再灌注损伤有一定的保护作用。Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture at "Zusanli" points on lipid peroxidation following in vivo lung ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbit. Methods Twenty-eight healthy male New Zealand white rabbits weighting (2.0±0.3) kg were divided randomly into four groups of 7 animals each. Sham operation (group A):chest was opened and left main bronchus and pulmonary artery and vein were isolated but not clamped, The lungs were ventilated for 120 min, lsehemia reperfusion(group B): left hilum was isolated and damped for 60 min, after declamping the lungs were ventilated for another 120 min. Non-acupoints+ischemia-reporfusion (group C): left hilum was isolated and clamped for 60 rain, after declamping the lungs electroacupuncture the nun-aeupoints for 30 min and the lungs were ventilated for another 90 min. Electroacupuncture to "Zusardi" points+ischemia-reperfusion (group D): left hilum was isolated and elampod for 60 min, after deelamping the lungs electroacupuncture the "Zusanli" points for 30 min and the lungs were ventilated for another 90 min. The common carotid artery were implanted into a blood pressure transducer for continuous registration of mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) and heart beat(HR). Left lung was excised for measurement of malondialdehyde(MDA) and myeloperoxidase (MPO) content and wet-dry weights ratio (W/D). Blood samples of these rabbits were collected after the operation completion of blood gas analysis. Results On the whole, the changes of the HR and MAP were steady, lsehemia-reperfusion (I/R) increased significantly lung water and MDA and MPO content, and leading to acidosis and hypoxia.While eleetroacupuneture at "Zusanli" points attenuated significantly these changes induced by I/R of the lung. Conclusions Eleetroaeupuneture at "Zusanli" points can protects the in vivo lung against isehemia-reperfusion injury in rabbit.
