摘　　要：研究了马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al的腐蚀性能,即应力腐蚀敏感性、抗氧化性能和抗盐雾腐蚀性能等。研究表明该钢具有较好的抗应力腐蚀性能,其应力腐蚀断裂形貌为穿晶、解理断裂,并有二次裂纹。500℃抗氧化性能很好,属于完全抗氧化级。抗盐雾腐蚀性能较好,经500h盐雾腐蚀试验,试样表面只有轻微的锈蚀,腐蚀速率较低。The corrosion properties including stress corrosion cracking （SCC）, anti-oxidization and salt spray corrosion of 0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al stainless steel were studied. The stress corrosion cracking sensitivity of the steel was low, and the fractography of its stress corrosion cracking showed transgranular and quasi-cleavage fracture with secondary cracks. The grade of anti-oxidization at 500℃ was very high. The surface of the steel was only slightly corroded after 500h salt-spray test, indicating that the steel had good anti-corrosion property.
