摘　　要：交换机多厂商环境一直是困扰我国电话网管理系统建设的难题。针对以前解决方案存在的安全隐患,文中提出了一种新的解决方法,即通过电话网管理系统接口适配器将交换机接入网管系统,而不是直接将交换机接入网管系统。电话网管理系统接口适配器同时屏蔽各类交换机的差异。文中阐述了电话网管理系统中的关键技术——接口适配器的实现思想,重点研究了接口适配器的接口设计。The switch multi-merchants environment is always a difficult problem on developing our country＇s telephone network management system. Previous solutions are subject to security problems. In view of this insufficiency, the paper proposed one new solution, namely through a TNMS protocol adapter the switch turns on the network management system, which is used to shield the difference between different kinds of switchs. The paper elaborated the Interface Adapter（IA） realization, the key technology in TNMS. Finally it focused on the discussion of the interface between IA and network management center.
