摘　　要：讨论了在体系对抗条件下,导弹防御系统所碰到的新问题和面临这些问题应当研究的新技术。这些新技术不仅包括精确化、小型化和武器网络化,而且也包括目标识别、光电对抗和对抗效费比等。The new problems that emerged from missile defense system under the circumstances of the systen countermeasure and the new technologies that should be explored when facing these problems were discussed. These new technologies include not only precision,miniaturization,and net work of weapons, but target recognition, optoelectronic countermeasure, and efficiency-cost ratio of countermeasures, etc.
