摘　　要：大规模分布仿真已经发展到高层体系结构(HLA)阶段,联邦开发和执行过程(FEDEP)为联邦开发提供了一个高层指导规范,怎样实现FEDEP各个步骤的自动化,怎样实现联邦开发人员之间的紧密衔接,已成为这个领域研究人员关注的问题。Lotus Notes是集企业级通信、协作、工作流、Internet和InternetW eb应用功能于一体的软件平台,能够很好的解决上述问题。介绍了一种基于Lotus Notes的联邦开发与执行过程管理系统设计与实现,详细给出了FEDEP模型,重点描述了系统设计思路和FEDEP协同工作环境的结构。Large - scale distributed simulation has evolved into HLA. Federation Development and Execution Process （FEDEP） has provided the specification for the federation development. How to realize the automation of FEDEP steps and how to make federation developers collaborate tightly have become the focus in simulation community. Lotus Notes,which is a software platform used for enterprise communication, cooperation, workflow, Internet and Internet web,can solve the above issues efficiently. This paper introduces the design and implementation of FEDEP management system, based on Lotus Notes. It gives a detailed FEDEP model and describes deeply the design idea and the configuration of FEDEP cooperative circumstance.
