摘 要:提出由切削用量库、刀具几何角度库、切削液库和单位切削功率库基本构成金属切削数据库,给出了它们的关系模式。由切削参数编码的特征位合成切削用量库关键字,即构成切削数据编码。按切削深度规范化存贮切削数据,并给出切削用量插值计算式。由切削数学模型的系数和指数,以及不同切削条件的修正系数建立浓缩型切削数据库,这类数据可实现切削数据优化。运用金属切削理论与经验等领域深层知识建立刀具材料选择专家系统,它作为一个子系统由切削数据库系统调用,通过正反向混合推理,可为切削新型金属材料推荐合适的刀具材料牌号。Proposed that a metal cutting database is basically composed of databases of cutting data, tool geometry angles, cutting fluid and unit cutting power. Relation models of them are presented as well. The characteristic bits of cutting parameter codes collectively constitute the key of cutting data database, which is known as the cutting data code. Cutting data are stored in normalized cutting depthes and the interpolation expressions of cutting data are proposed. Concentrated database of cutting data is built by coefficients and indexes of mathematical models in metal cutting and by correction coefficients of cutting conditions, by which optimum cutting data could be acquired. Using deep field knowledge in metal cutting, an expert system for selecting tool materials is developed. It is a sub system called by the metal cutting database system, by which the suitable material code of tool can be acquired through forward backward reasoning.
