摘　　要：提出了一种新型圆盘压电微电机,定子与转子间是非接触型的。定子工作在B06振动模态,并激励定子产生圆周方向单向行波。该电动机具有结构简单、易于制作、转速高等特点,电动机测试最高转速达到2 225 r/m in。A new type of disk piezoelectric micromotor was given,which is non -contact between the stator and rotor. The B06 mode vibration on the stator was excited, and a single - direction circumference traveling wave was produced on the stator. The motor has the features such as simple structure, easy fabrication,high revolution speed and so on. The maximum revolution speed was about 2 225 r/min in the experiment.
