柴油机燃烧振动波形的自适应提取及故障诊断

摘  要:柴油机燃烧系统故障的振动信号分析方法之关键是波形提取,只有提取到正确的燃烧振动波形,才能得到可靠的诊断结论,将转速—振动双通道信号同时采集,借助转速脉冲对燃烧振动波形进行准确定位;提出了自适应提取方法自动提取到完整的燃烧振动波形,实现了柴油机燃烧均匀性分析和失火故障的自动诊断。应用该方法对一多缸柴油机进行诊断,确定其有3个缸存在失火故障,为现场应用提供了一种简便、直观且实用的诊断方法。The key to vibration analysis of diesel engine combustion system is waveform extraction. Only if correct waveform is acquired can we draw a liable conclusion. In this paper, the rotating speed pulse and vibration were collected through two channels of a data-collection instrument. The waveform of combustion vibration was located exactly with the help of rotating speed pulse. Then, the entire combustion waveform was extracted by an automatically adaptive method and consequently misfire of diesel engine could be diagnosed accurately. In practice, the misfire of three cylinders was diagnosed in a multi-cylinder diesel engine,which provided for a simple,convenient and practicable method.
