摘  要:目的观察经颅超声治疗对TCD异常患者的临床疗效和对7CD的影响。方法对TCD检测异常并伴有相应临床症状的患者110例,进行经颅超声治疗,使用[郎氏]经颅超声溶栓治疗仪(治疗的功率为0.5.0.75W/cm^2;频率为800kHz),根据TCD检查异常的血管部位,经颅窗或枕窗进行经颅超声治疗,每次20分钟,1次/d,连续5天休息2天为一小疗程,经5个小疗程后复查TCD,进行治疗前后TCD检查结果对比和临床症状的比较。结果在110例患者中81例7CD结果改善,占治疗人数的73.6%;临床症状改善或消失者88例,占治疗人数的80%。结论经颅超声治疗可以改善患者7CD的检查结果和临床症状,为脑血管病早期治疗,减少脑梗死的发生产生积极的影响。经颅超声治疗方法简便、安全、无痛苦。为脑血管病治疗的前移和脑梗死的预防提供了一种新的无创和有效的方法。Objective To study the clinical outcome of transcranial ultrasound in the treatment of abnormal transcranial Doppler (TCD) sonographic patterns. Methods 110 patients with neurological symptoms and abnormal TCD sonographic patterns were treated with transcranial ultrasound which was sonicated from temporal window or occipital window by . Lang's Transcranial Ultrasonic Thrombolysis System (800 kHz, 0.75 W/cm^2, pulse wave), sonication location being determined according to TCD fingings once a day for 20 minutes for 5 days, and then have a two-day(rest as a course. After 5 courses the patients were received TCD examination again, and then evaluated pre- and post-treatment response. Results Among 110 patients treated, 81 cases (73.6%) improved in TCD sonographic patterns and 88 cases (80%) relieved in clinical symptom. Conclusion Transcranial ultrasound may benefit brain blood flow hemodynamics of the patients with ischemic stroke, therefore, it could be effective in reducing brain infarction when Transcranial ultrasound is used in early stage, Furthermore, early therapeutic intervention and prevention for cerebrovascular diseases and stroke may come true as a result of transcranial ultrasound therapy which is noninvasive, safe, effective, and simple.
